Finance Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to provide continuous leadership and guidance in all financial matters for Bloomington Lutheran Living Hope Church and School. This role ensures sound financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and manage Accounts Payable
● Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
● Monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate daily cash management and journal entries
● Maintain insurance policy records and ensure compliance with all insurance requirements
● Lead and manage contribution counting teams and oversee deposit of funds
● Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements
● Maintain and update accounting records in Shelby Next
● Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes
● Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process
